Part of the use case for a web application allowing users to add and edit menus and meals into a menu planner.

Above all else two problems overrode everything else. The first was including all the required functionality in the available real estate. The second was minimizing response and rendering time.

Interviewed numerous customers and customer facing staff. Created unified personas.
